Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, because food items are perishable and hygienic in nature, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

Eligibility for Refund/Replacement:

  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the product along with your order ID.

Refund Process:

  • Once a defect is verified, we may offer a replacementΒ at our discretion.

  • The replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 business days

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
